We are based in Central Italy and are one of the best known and most qualified truffle processing companies. Building on the expertise of four generations of truffle finders (our grandfathers started roaming the hills near Frosinone in search of this precious fungus back in 1954), in 1987 we set up a small family-run business for processing and preserving truffles, increasing our client base over the years thanks to our unwavering focus on tradition and on renewing interest in and the appreciation of genuine flavours.
