Suggestions and tips for using our Black Olive Paste: use, at room temperature or slightly heated, as a spread for flavoursome hors d’oeuvres like bruschettas, bread crostini or crostoni, or as sandwich spread. Do not cook. If you use it as a condiment for pasta, meat or fish dishes, always add it at the end of the cooking time (Chicken Breast with Black Olive Paste), to avoid overheating the paste. Combined with other ingredients, like truffle paste, our black olive paste is also excellent as a filling for fresh pasta or as a condiment for pizzas. The suggested dose is 15/20g per person.
How to store our Black Olive Paste: before opening, store in a dry place away from direct heat. After opening, top up with a layer of olive oil and refrigerate.
