White Truffle Oil
Our White Truffle flavoured Olive Oil is available in 55 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml glass bottles.
Cooking: avoid adding the truffle-flavoured olive oil at the start of the cooking process, otherwise the truffle aroma will be entirely lost. We suggest you add it half-way through the cooking or at the end, depending on how strong you want the truffle flavour to be.
Storing: before opening store in a dry and cool place, refrigerate after opening.
Our White Truffle flavoured Olive Oil is a universal condiment that can make all your dishes unique, with the delicate and special flavour of white truffles.
How to use the White Truffle flavoured Olive Oil:use instead of or with truffles, to enhance their flavour and aroma. Add it during cooking or at the end; we advise against using it at the beginning of the cooking process to preserve its aroma. Ideal with all dishes and preparations that require olive oil as a condiment and any other recipe you may create: with fresh or dry pasta, tasty hors d’oeuvres with bruschettas and crostini, meat and fish dishes, fresh salads, grilled vegetables, fried eggs and pizza. The recommended dose is about 10/15 ml per person, although we suggest you put the bottle on the table and leave your guests to help themselves.
How to store our White Truffle flavoured Olive Oil: store in a cool place away from heat and direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
