Our Truffle Risotto mix contains all the ingredients you need to prepare an excellent Truffled Risotto. Easy and quick, it’s ideal to prepare a simple and tasty dish on any occasion; we recommend you always have a packet in your pantry.

How to prepare our Truffle Risotto: heat some olive oil or a knob of butter in a saucepan for a few minutes and add a slice of spek (optional); you can also add a glass of white wine and leave until it evaporates. Pour the ready Truffle Risotto into the saucepan and sauté for a couple of minutes; gradually add the boiling water with a ladle and cook over low heat, stirring continuously, for about 18/20 min; season with salt to taste. When cooked, stir in some olive oil or butter and, finally, sprinkle with grated truffle-flavoured pecorino cheese. You can use seasoned vegetable or meat stock instead of water. The recommended serving size is about 80g per person, so our 300g packet serves 3/4 persons.

How to store our Truffle Risotto: store in a cool dry place, away from light, heat and damp.

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 98% (Italy), porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), truffles 1% (tuber Aestivum vitt.), aroma, chives, parsley, garlic.
