Cooking suggestions and tips: use either concentrated or diluted in olive oil as a condiment for pasta or rice dishes or as a pizza topping, a filling for fresh pasta or for making appetizing hors d’oeuvres. It is also an excellent accompaniment for meat dishes.
Storage: after opening and using top up with olive oil, make sure the jar is always tightly closed and refrigerate for several days.

Suggestions for cooking with our Walnut and Truffle Paste: it can be served concentrated or added to other ingredients; warm and serve as a condiment for tagliatelle, risottos and pasta dishes in general; it is also an excellent ingredient for making fresh pasta fillings. Warm and spread on crostini, crostoni, bruschettas and other appetizing hors d’oeuvres. Excellent also as a condiment for meat dishes. The recommended serving is 20 g per person.
How to store our Walnut and Truffle Paste: before opening, store in a cool dry place, far from direct heat and light. After opening top up with olive oil, close and refrigerate.
