Cooking suggestions with our White Truffle Condiment Spray: the white truffle condiment is based on a combination of extra-virgin olive oil with a natural extract of white truffles – Tuber magnatum pico – produced without the use of any preservatives. It is ready to use and a spray is all you need to give all your dishes the delicate aroma of the most precious of all truffles, white truffles. The practical spray bottle means that you can control the quantity you use and avoid any waste; each spray delivers 1.8 ml/1.7 g of product. We recommend you spray it raw on your dishes, after they’ve been cooked, and is ideal for pasta, meat and fish dishes or for side dishes and hors d’oeuvres. Once you’ve tasted it you’ll never do without and will need to always have a bottle in your larder, to surprise your guests with excellent, unique and appetizing dishes.
How to store the White Truffle Condiment Spray: store and use the bottle at room temperature, far from flames, sparks, direct heat and live electrical devices. The bottle is under pressure, therefore do not perforate or burn, not even when empty. Do not spray onto flames or incandescent objects.
Ingredients: extra-virgin olive oil 98%, natural aroma 2% (white truffle extract - Tuber magnatum pico, natural aromas).
