How to prepare our Truffle Salami: this truffle speciality is excellent as a starter: slice thinly or cube and accompany with mature or soft cheese, melon (See our recommended recipe: Truffle Salami and Melon Skewers), vegetables or plain on warm bread crostini. Also excellent as a filling for focaccias and sandwiches or pizza topping, for a delicious snack. The product can naturally shrink in size. Remove the casing before eating.
How to store our Truffle Salami: refrigerate.
