Our Porcini Mushroom and White Truffle Paste achieves a perfect balance between the intense earthy flavour of porcini mushrooms and the refined taste of the white truffles. Excellent for either simple or elaborate truffle and mushroom based recipes.

How to use our Porcini Mushroom and White Truffle Paste: use straight out of the jar, on its own (without adding any other ingredient), or gently heat over low heat with olive oil or cream, as you prefer. It can be used as a condiment or relish for pasta or meat dishes, or as a filling for pasta. Among our suggested recipes are soya capellini, risottos, tagliatelle and fettuccine with porcini mushroom and white truffle paste, beef fillet, as a topping for pizzas or a filling for ravioli or lasagna, and as a relish for omelettes. The suggested serving dose is 20/25 g per person.

How to store our Porcini Mushroom and White Truffle Paste: store in a dry place before opening. Once opened top up with olive oil, keep the jar closed, refrigerate and use within several days.

Ingredients: porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), white truffles (tuber magnatum pico), olive oil, salt, aromas.
