How to prepare our Ready-made Black Summer Truffle Sauce: the sauce can be prepared in various different ways: 1) heat for about 2 min in a saucepan or microwave and pour onto the drained pasta; 2) heat with olive oil and a mirepoix of garlic, carrots, celery and onions in a saucepan (make the mirepoix according to taste), add to the drained al dente pasta and incorporate the sauce into the pasta over a low heat; 3) use the ready-made truffle sauce as a base with other ingredients; 4) heat and use as a garnish for hors d’oeuvres or as a topping for pizza. Recommended serving size: to taste.
How to store our Ready-made Black Summer Truffle Sauce: before opening, store at room temperature in a cool dry place, away from heat. After opening, top up with olive oil, close the jar tightly and refrigerate.
