Our Truffle Sauce is one of our most popular truffle-based products because it is simple and versatile, for making many truffle-based recipes, and can be refrigerated for up to 15/18 days after opening, provided that the jar is always topped up with olive oil.
How to use our Truffle Sauce: ready to use, at either room temperature or gently heated over low heat, it can be used on its own, straight out of the jar, or added to other ingredients, and it matches well with extra-virgin olive oil, butter, parmesan cheese or any other type of condiment that catches your fancy. Our Truffle Sauce is a very versatile product and can be used in a broad range of truffle-based preparations and recipes: fettuccine, tagliatelle, risottos, Penne with speck and Truffle Sauce (see recipe),egg pasta, bruschettas, crostini, as a pizza topping, a filling for ravioli and ravioloni, or a relish for omelettes, baked trout, meat and fish dishes. The suggested serving dose is 20/25 g per person.
How to store our Truffle Sauce: before opening, store in a dry place, far from sources of heat and direct light. Once opened, top up with olive oil, close the jar and refrigerate for no more 15/18 days.
