Our long-life White Truffle Butter (80g glass jars) is a delicate and versatile condiment that can replace ordinary butter every time you feel like making a tasty truffle-flavoured dish. Suited for the preparation of any recipe, from the simplest to the grandest.
How to prepare our White Truffle Butter: excellent to spread on hot bread crostini, to prepare sandwiches and canapes, or to enhance the flavour of your starters; use it plain or mixed with mascarpone cheese. Heat gently in a pan for several minutes or use at room temperature, as a condiment for dry or fresh pasta dishes (See our recommended recipe: Tagliolini with beef fillet and White Truffle Butter); ideal for blending into risottos or with porcini mushrooms, asparagus or truffles. Use plain or in sauces for meat or fish dishes too, or melt over vegetables or pizza. If used as a spread for crostini, sandwiches or bruschettas, make sure that you take it out of the fridge several minutes before to soften it. Recommended serving size: 15/20g per person.
How to store our White Truffle Butter: before opening, store in a dry place, away from heat or light. Once opened, close the jar and refrigerate.
