How to prepare our Cream of Balsamic Vinegar with White Truffles: ready to use, it’s an ideal deluxe condiment for risottos, polenta, beef, game, roast meats and fish. It pairs particularly well with cheese, fresh and steamed vegetables, asparagus and eggs. An extremely versatile condiment, it can be used as a deluxe relish in a broad range of dishes and preparations, based on your taste and imagination. Try adding it to olive oil, as a dressing, or to butter for sweet and sour preparations. It’s also an excellent garnish for your dishes, for making beautiful original decorations. 

How to store our Cream of Balsamic Vinegar with White Truffles: store at room temperature, in a cool dry place, away from heat and light, both before and after opening the bottle.

Ingredients: Concentrated grape juice, Modena PGI balsamic vinegar 20%, [wine vinegar, (wine, water, antioxidants: sulphites), concentrated grape must, colouring: caramel E150d (contains sulphites], modified starch, aromas.
